These General terms and conditions apply when you participate in a training programme arranged under any of our trademarks within the media group Bonnier News (the “Terms and Conditions”). The Terms and Conditions shall apply between a registered participant (the “Customer”) and Bonnier News AB, reg. no 559080-0917 (“Bonnier News”, “we”, “us”).

By registering for a training programme, the Customer confirms that he or she has read, understood, and undertakes to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and that he or she has received Bonnier News’ privacy policy.
The training programmes are provided to the participants, including the Customer, in their capacity as traders or otherwise in respect of their profession. The training programmes are aimed at providing the Customer with a relevant and professional transfer of knowledge in the relevant subject matter area.
When the Customer registers, he or she selects the training programme in which he or she chooses to participate. The training programme may either take place at a designated location or digitally, which is made clear when the Customer registers for the training programme. There is current information on the training programme’s website regarding the training programme’s subject, course leaders, times, location where it will be held, and so forth. Bonnier News reserves the right to make changes to the training programme until the day on which the training programme takes place.
The booking is binding and the participant fee is paid with a charge card or against invoice. Invoicing takes place in conjunction with an application. The payment terms are 30 days. In the event of late payment, interest on arrears at the rate of 2.2% per month, as well as a reminder fee of SEK 60, shall be payable. Bonnier News does not charge any invoice fees for an ordinary invoice.
All prices are subject to the addition of value added tax at the rate of 25% pursuant to law.
In the event of cancellation up to and including thirty (30) days prior to the training programme, the entire participant fee shall be refunded.
29-1 days prior to the training programme the Customer may assign the seat to another person or choose to rebook for another presentation of the training programme or another training programme organised by the same trademark. In the event of rebooking to another presentation of the training programme or another training programme (with the same participant fee), a rebooking fee of twenty (20) percent of the participant fee shall be invoiced. Customer may only rebook once.
The participant shall notify Bonnier News in writing that rebooking or replacement of the participant is desired. Rebooking or replacement of the participant becomes effective after the Customer has received a confirmation from Bonnier News.
If the Customer chooses to assign its seat to another person, in order to be entitled to participate in the training programme, such person must also personally confirm that he or she has read, understood, and undertakes to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and confirm that he or she has received Bonnier News’ privacy policy.
Bonnier News may cancel the training programme up to and including seven (7) days prior to the training programme due to too few registered participants. In such event, Customer’s participant fee will be refunded. You will not be granted any compensation in excess of the refunding of the participant fee.
When Customer registers for a training programme, Bonnier News will store and process Customer’s personal data, such as name, email-address, phone number, etc. Read more about how Bonnier News processes Customers’ personal data in Bonnier News’ privacy policy.

Bonnier News is entitled to cancel the training programme if the carrying out of the training programme is affected by an event beyond Bonnier News’ control, such as labour dispute, fire, acts of authorities, war, natural disaster or course leader’s sudden illness.
Bonnier News is also entitled to cancel the training programme if Bonnier News due to such event assesses that the carrying out of the training programme may be of risk to humans’ life or health.
Should Bonnier News cancel the training programme due to any such event, Customer may either choose to participate in another training programme for the same fee or choose to have the fee refunded. You will not be granted any compensation in excess of the refunding of the participant fee.
Bonnier News may, without the Customers prior consent, assign these Terms and Conditions (and its rights and obligations herein) to another company within the business area Bonnier News.
